Mixed-Use Apartment and Townhouses, 2 Domain Road

This prime piece of land in Tauranga has been vacant for years, and we are finally getting traction for the development of new apartments and a group of townhouses. Earlier, the developer had a resource consent design approval by another architect (Jigsaw Architects Ltd). Our client purchased the site with that resource consent. CCG provided a full design for the townhouses and also updated the design for the stage 2 apartments.

Two stages:
1st stage – 12 unit townhouses with approx. 200 sqm floor area each.
2nd stage – A mixed-use building comprised of car parking, retail space, and apartments. Five storeys including basement car parking.

The apartments are a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units ranging between 100 and 150 sqm.
Stage 1 will be developed initially and has just been lodged for council consent.
The concept design under resource consent was developed by other interested parties, with the design being fine-tuned by CCG.
CCG is also responsible for providing detailed design and construction documentation for this development.
