New single level multi-unit commercial retail centre. A great addition to a newly developing street in Albany. This is a single level development for large format retails, comprised of 4 large units, some with an intermediate floor. It is mainly constructed of precast panels and floors with steel roofing and feature Euroline cladding.

NMIT School Building Refurbishment, Upper Queen Street

The building is a 5 level structure including the basement car parking floor. It was previously used as 2 Degrees head quarter, and then later purchased by our client NMIT to generally refurbish and modernize the entire building for a tertiary education centre. It involved a complete re-design and fitting of all floors, installation of modern lobbies, an additional lift, a new facade for the building. Originally proposed louver is not yet installed. This projects was constructed in an extremely tight time frame and the construction was underway at the same time as staged consenting. CCG has managed to meet this programme successfully. our client has been very satisfied with our work.

This is a brand new two level commercial development involving retails, office and factory in 2300sqm commercial land. The briefing was to design and construct a modern high stud building for our client's bakery supply operation as well as general retails. The building is generally constructed of concrete floors, concrete walls, timber framed walls, steel roofing and wall claddings and Alucobonds.
Student Acommodation Development, Hamilton

Student Acommodation Development, Hamilton

Student accommodation development. This 3 level student apartment complex comprised of 17 studio units in a residential section in Hamilton. It also includes covered car parks, a common kitchen and a caretaker unit. The construction is mainly of concrete floors and walls. It has a mix of various cladding including Euroline profile steel cladding, brick veneers and also feature louvers. Being the first building of its kind in this zoning, the design has been rigorously reviewed and welcomed by the urban design team of Council as well as our client.
