It also includes covered car parks, a common kitchen and a caretaker unit. The construction is mainly of concrete floors and walls. It has a mix of various cladding including Euroline profile steel cladding, brick veneers and also feature louvers. Being the first building of its kind in this zoning, the design has been rigorously reviewed and welcomed by the urban design team of Council as well as our client.

This is a brand new two level commercial development involving retails, office and factory in 2300sqm commercial land. The briefing was to design and construct a modern high stud building for our client's bakery supply operation as well as general retails. The building is generally constructed of concrete floors, concrete walls, timber framed walls, steel roofing and wall claddings and Alucobonds.
