This is a townhouse development with 28 units. Each unit is three storeys high.
Dromorn Road
This is a high end two storey residential house in Remuera, Auckland. The floor area is 800m2 in total. There is a basement cellar. The floor structure is suspended hollow core with concrete topping. We were responsible to the structural design of the house and construction observation of the foundation, steel structure.
Proposed House, East Coast Road
New 3 level house design in north shore. It was designed as split levels to suit the contours and for easy access between spaces. Master bed room is located at the top level for great view. With clever planning, over 350sqm of functional floor area was achieved on mere 420sqm land.
