Tsi Ming Temple
Tsi Ming Temple in Greenlane: this is a single storey precast concrete panel building. The project was started in 2009, due to the budget restraint, the construction work only started on late 2013. The construction cost is around $2.00 million. The construction has been completed, and the building is in use now.

This is a three storey high motel development. There are 14 units and one large meeting room. The inter-unit wall is designed a solid filled block wall and the first floor is concrete floor structure.
