We needed a quick turn around with some plans drawn up for building consent. They were simple plans (adding external joinery and removing part of a load bearing wall) but we were very impressed with how these were done. Adjustments were made quickly & the plans were submitted to council a few days earlier than promised. We received building consent on Friday after Pete pushed this along as much as he could. We would not hesitate in recommending CCG to anyone. Thank you Louie & Pete 🙂
